ADDED RULES FOR SEASON 2

Double capping is not allowded(Let's try it for season 2)
Spying is allowded(is useless to forbid it,teams can talk about it before cw and decide if they will spšam or not,but is not forbbiden,enemy team can team speak even if you discuss about that)
Time limit is changed in 20 minutes(Still no time limit in playoffs)



IF DOUBLE CAP IS MADE,REPORT IT TO ADMINS!,WE WILL DISCUSS ABOUT IT.YOU CAN ALSO DISCUSS ABOUT IT IN CW AND DON'T FORGET TO GET A SCREEN ABOUT IT!
